Receiver Services
The principal of LaGree Associates, LLC has successfully taken the fiduciary role of court appointed receiver over real estate assets. As receiver, periodic reports are made to the court, management of the assets and court approved leasing activities are performed, including the placement of insurance, payment of all financial obligations and at the appropriate time, disposition of the asset, if necessary.
