Jim LaGree
Principal & Managing Broker
President and Managing Broker, Jim founded LaGree Associates in 1998. Jim’s diverse experiences and background lay the foundation for the company LaGree Associates has grown into today. Not only does Jim have proven expertise in Investment Brokerage and Property Management and Development, Jim has maintained the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2010. When not meeting the community’s real estate needs, you’ll find Jim being an active member in the United Founders Neighborhood Foundation and the Oklahoma Arts Institute Foundation. Originally from Altus, Oklahoma, Jim resides in Oklahoma City with his wife. They have three adult children all raised in Oklahoma.
Barbara LaGree
Executive Administrator
LaGree Associate’s Executive Administrator, Barbara has been active in the firm since its founding in 1998. Barbara’s background is in marketing and advertising, and she is responsible for managing the company’s marketing direction. When she’s not in the office, Barbara enjoys working in her koi pond, pursuing artistic endeavours and caring for her family. Barbara lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, where they raised three children together.
Aimee McKinney

Aimee is a Broker Associate with LaGree Associates and has been serving Oklahoma's commercial real estate market since 2007. With experience spanning industrial, retail, office, investment sales, and leasing transactions, she provides clients with knowledgeable guidance and a solutions-oriented approach tailored to their unique real estate objectives.
With nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, Aimee has built a reputation for providing knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service to business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants throughout Oklahoma. Her experience across multiple property sectors enables her to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and create value for her clients at every stage of the transaction process.
Aimee is known for her dedication to both her clients and her community. For more than a decade, she has served as a Disaster Team Lead with the American Red Cross, helping coordinate relief efforts during times of crisis. She is also passionate about mentoring students at Stanley Hupfeld Academy and supporting initiatives that strengthen the Oklahoma City community.
Her passion for community involvement is one of the reasons she enjoys commercial real estate. Aimee values the opportunity to help entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses, support local economic development, and build lasting relationships with the people and organizations that make Oklahoma City a thriving place to live and work.
Daniel Pellow
Sales Associate - Commercial
Daniel Pellow is a commercial real estate broker with LaGree Associates, specializing in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of office and industrial properties throughout Oklahoma. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has worked with business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants to identify opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and achieve their real estate objectives.
Drawing on his background in business, marketing, and sales, Daniel takes a practical, results-driven approach to commercial real estate. He is committed to understanding each client's unique needs and delivering tailored solutions, whether assisting a local startup with its first facility, helping an expanding company secure additional space, or representing owners in maximizing the value of their assets.
Known for his responsiveness, market knowledge, and straightforward communication style, Daniel focuses on building long-term relationships and creating value for his clients through every stage of the transaction process.
Outside of real estate, Daniel is an automotive enthusiast and a familiar face at the monthly Coffee & Cars gatherings in Oklahoma City, where he enjoys connecting with fellow car enthusiasts and members of the local community.
John Archiniaco

John Archiniaco is a commercial real estate broker with extensive experience representing investors, owners, and businesses throughout Oklahoma. Over the past decade, he has been involved in tens of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including retail, industrial, office, and multifamily properties.
Known for his market knowledge and client-focused approach, John has successfully advised clients on countless investment and net lease (NNN) transactions, helping buyers and sellers maximize value while navigating complex deal structures. His diverse experience allows him to provide strategic guidance for everything from single-tenant investment properties to larger commercial acquisitions and dispositions.
Outside of real estate, John is a dedicated musician, songwriter, and owner of a professional recording studio. He also has a lifelong passion for motorcycles, bringing the same enthusiasm and attention to detail to his personal interests as he does to serving his clients.
Jannetta Clark
Sales Associate - Commercial
Jannetta joined LaGree Associates as a Sales Associate in 2020, bringing more than two decades of experience in economic development and business growth throughout Oklahoma. Her extensive background working with manufacturing companies and supporting the retention and expansion of existing businesses provides her clients with valuable insight into the operational and strategic needs of today's commercial real estate users.
With a degree in Business Development, certification in Strategic Planning, and a deep understanding of Oklahoma's manufacturing sector, Jannetta offers a unique perspective that helps business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants make informed real estate decisions. Her ability to connect business objectives with real estate strategy allows her to deliver practical solutions tailored to each client's goals.
Jannetta is known for her professionalism, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial real estate. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and serving as a trusted resource throughout the transaction process.
Outside of the office, Jannetta is an active volunteer with the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Team. She also enjoys staying active through fitness and dancing, spending time reading, and making memories with her six grandchildren.
Rachel Cook
Managing Broker – Residential; Property Manager – Commercial & Residential
Rachel serves as Managing Broker for LaGree Associates Residential, LLC and is a Commercial and Residential Property Manager, bringing a strategic, solutions focused approach to property management, brokerage, and real estate. With a degree in Business Administration & Management, Rachel has a strong foundation in real estate, business operations, and client service.
Drawing from additional experience in the Energy, Technology and Design sectors, Rachel offers a diverse perspective blending analytical thinking, creativity, and operational expertise to provide Owners and Tenants alike with the guidance to navigate the intricacies of real estate with confidence and clarity.
Known for strong attention to detail, collaborative communication facilitation, proactive problem identification, and effective resolution strategies, Rachel delivers thoughtful solutions to support long term client success.
Outside of real estate, Rachel enjoys exploring the world through travel, painting abstracts and watercolors, sharing her culinary skills with friends and family, and spoiling her dog absolutely rotten.

Nic serves as Property Manager for LaGree Associates and has been a valued member of the firm since 2013. With a background in banking, sales, and a family legacy in real estate, he brings a well-rounded perspective to property management and commercial real estate services.
Drawing on his diverse professional experience, Nic works closely with property owners and tenants to ensure properties are managed efficiently, relationships are maintained professionally, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
